1. RETURNS

Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (if any).

  • Sale items and items marked final sale may not be eligible for return (where applicable).

How to Request a Return

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to return your item.


2. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

  • We currently offer returns for customers within Italy only.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items—we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

3. REFUNDS

Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Missing parts not due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Items with hygiene seals removed (e.g., undergarments)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale items (where specified at checkout)


5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to all countries, but returns and refunds are accepted for Italy only.
If you are outside Italy and need help with sizing or product questions, please contact us before placing your order.


6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
